To become a member of Mountain View Whole Health, enroll using this link.

Once you add your information and credit card details, please give us 2 business days to process your enrollment. After 2 business days, you will then receive a confirmation e-mail with a link to the member portal and scheduling page.

We use Atlas, an electronic medical records system, to safely manage patient enrollment and communication.
